The Apartment
Apartment 220 is a spacious two-bedroom apartment on the Rocha Brava complex it overlooks the gardens by the main swimming pool and is in easy walking distance of all amenities. It has two balconies, one outside the living room, and one outside the kitchen where there is a large built in barbeque. It features a newly fitted kitchen for 2006 with new units, granite worktops and newly tiled floor and walls. Facilities include an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. New for the 2007 season - completely re-fitted bathroom with new wall and floor tiles and new bathroom suite.
There is a large air-conditioned lounge/dining room with cable television, DVD player, CD player and radio. There is also an open fireplace for winter use. The double doors lead out to a balcony overlooking the gardens. Patio tables and chairs are provided.
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with a hairdryer in the main bedroom and a small safe for your valuables in the twin room. The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cot and extra bed can be provided.
The apartment is also close to the Coffee shop, Reception, O'Farol Restaurant and the Supermarket, so is very conveniently placed on the development.
